Flavors of Denver is back this year helping to increase the impact of the American Liver Foundation®! The annual fundraising event (sponsored by your hometown Toyota dealers and other local companies) is comprised of local chefs coming together to support the mission of the American Liver Foundation. This year's fundraiser will take place on May 17th from 5:30pm - 8:30pm at The Hangar at Stanley, 2501 Dallas, Aurora, Colorado, 80010.

"Flavors of Denver is a unique annual fundraising event that brings 20 of the area’s top chefs together to offer signature cuisine to a limited number of guests in an intimate and exclusive setting. Each chef creates a personal menu and prepares a four-course meal, complete with beverage pairings, for a table of 10 guests.

The gala opens with a cocktail reception with hors-d'oeuvres prepared by locally talented catering company including a silent auction and olive oil pull. The chefs design the table setting to reflect both the restaurant cuisine and the chef’s personal flair.

History: 

We will be celebrating 20 years of Flavors of Denver bringing talented chefs, liver champions and local supporters together making a difference in the Rocky Mountain communities. In 2018 the American Liver Foundation nationally marks the 27th Anniversary of Flavors, which was stirred together in 1991 by Christopher Gross, a James Beard Award-winning chef from Phoenix. Chef Gross and other area chefs were interested in supporting the mission of the American Liver Foundation. Today the event is hosted by the organization in 17 cities across the country and raises over 2.5 million dollars annually to support the work of the American Liver Foundation.
